kuih raya (saki baki kuih raya kat opis)

nasi kerabu
snack
kek coklat(bim bagi ) sodappp
dinner
nasi
sayur
ikan
kimchi (sebab nak try 1st time makan)
workout pilates 40 minutes....ok sakit badan ....nampak cam teruk makan kan...i will try reduce slowly
