Spaghetti tak habis
low fat milk

snack
1 set roti sandwich kaya + butter

lunch
nasi + ikan kembung bakar

dinner
makan KFC ..tak de pilihan

supper
epal merah satu biji

exercise
dance exercise 30 minute...
